Great outdoor bar table and chairs
"We replaced our natural cedar decking with Trex over a decade ago and have been extremely happy with its performance. So, we asked, why not consider their outdoor furniture? Our order consisted of the Farmhouse Trestel Bar Table, two Monterey Bar Arm Chairs and four Bar Side Chairs. Not a small investment, but we chose to trust Trex. Production in Indiana took a few weeks. Delivery to our home in Austin, TX by a well-known national shipper, required about 7-10 days. The boxes arrived in very good condition on a plastic wrapped wood pallet. Inside there was no damage or missing pieces. Assembly instructions were straight forward. Due to the size and weight of some sections, it would be easier for two people to complete, but one can manage. It is a good idea to gradually tighten screws as some pieces (for example the lower braces of the Arm Chairs) need a bit of coaxing to align correctly. The finished product is beautiful. Given its weight (125lbs) I am not concerned about the table blowing around or tipping over. All six chairs fit perfectly pushed in under the table when not in use. They are comfortable, but we may, in time, purchase cushions for the seats. Surfaces have a slight texture, a bit smoother than regular Trex decking. We’ve used the table and chairs a few times now and are very satisfied. I am happy with our purchase, and given Trex’s reputation, expect this to last many years."
